Sunflowers and Dresses

This past summer I made a dream of mine come true. I’ve been dreaming of girls in Joyfolie dresses for years now. Ever since I discovered the brand years ago when all they had was feminine shoes. It was before I had a daughter of my own and I think even before we had kids. A full decade of seeing images in my head of girls in beautiful dresses in a field of some sort dancing in the sunset.
This past summer I made it happen. I had enough volunteers willing to do it and to say we made magic happen would be an understatement. Not only was it the hottest day of the summer and sweat literally stuck to their faces, but these incredible girls didn’t complain ONCE and their parents came prepped with water, bug spray and snacks. It was amazing.
